Sales Executive



The Basic Summary
One Source Communications Sales Executives are responsible for driving revenue through prospecting, marketing and selling our suite of full-service Communication Lifecycle Management solutions. Your goal is to qualify prospective clients, identify gaps in their current operations, and deliver a solution from One Source’s suite of fully managed offerings. Over-achievement is generously rewarded as our compensation plans are uncapped.
Essential Qualifications
- Prospecting to build and maintain pipeline
- Develop, negotiate, and close new business opportunities through phone and email
- Deliver One Source’s technical solutions via WebEx
- Maintain an accurate pipeline of all opportunities, contacts and account history following One Source’s sales process
- Strategically work with supporting departments throughout the sales process to effectively and efficiently determine the best solutions for clients
- Manage contracts and agreements to ensure that expectations are being established, communicated, and met
- Meet and exceed individual quotas
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-3 years’ experience working in a consultative role selling a technology-based solution
- Experience building and managing a pipeline through a CRM
- Experience selling over the phone in a remote capacity, utilizing technology such as WebEx or GoToMeeting to demonstrate software
- Experience carrying and achieving quota
- Entrepreneurial mindset with an aptitude for winning
- BS or BA degree preferred
