Sales Operations Specialist

The Basic Summary

The Sales Operations Specialist will support One Source Telecommunication’s sales, marketing, and customer success teams by creating, evaluating, and optimizing data sets and various applications. This person will be responsible for maintaining the CRM throughout the sales cycle and will maintain excellent communication across teams.

 

Specific Responsibilities

  • Employ HubSpot and Salesforce to track campaigns and monitor strategic growthSingle source of truth for internal definitions (ie MQL/SQL)
  • Creation, optimization and implementation of processes by examining and analyzing workflows, sales activities and data
  • Account based marketing operations management
  • Expertise in maintaining SFDC database. Specifically responsible for data cleansing, data integrity, and segmentation
  • Proactively engage with the direct and indirect sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities
  • Implement target account strategy to support account-based selling
  • Standardization of metrics and KPI’s
  • Applying technical design and development skills to the creation of database programs
  • Analyzing existing databases and data needs of clients to develop effective systems
  • Salesforce project management
  • Evaluate sales processes, programs, and systems to minimize costs and improve customer satisfaction
  • Facilitate sharing of reports and sales data between sales, marketing, and Customer Success departments
  • Make recommendations to departments based on analysis of metrics
  • Other projects as assigned

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience
  • Knowledge of sales operations and the ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally
  • Exceptional analytical, reporting, data manipulation, and dashboard creation skills
  • Ability to quickly pivot, thrive in an dynamic environment and meet critical deadlines
  • Ability to create processes and implement them with little direction

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of business experience, including a proven track record of performance in sales/business operations
  • 2+ years experience managing a CRM
  • Bachelor’s degree
