Wireless Billing Manager

The Basic Summary

The Wireless Billing Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Wireless Billing team. The Wireless Billing Manager will provide visionary and executive leadership to the team requiring quick and strategic thinking in order to maintain a level of excellent customer service to One Source clients and other teams within the company. The Wireless Billing Manager should maintain standards and conduct that reflect One Source values and set an example that others can follow.


Specific Responsibilities

  • Manage, delegate and oversee the workflow for Wireless Billing Associates including but not limited to the ability to provide guidance when necessary and provide aid in completion of designated responsibilities in a manner that meets or exceeds team and client expectations.
  • Engage with appropriate contacts at every department and level within One Source in order to develop interdependency and growth. Use every opportunity to strengthen company ability to serve clients.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of telecommunications providers and services and apply information to strengthen team’s ability to serve clients.
  • Participate in leadership meetings. Prepare research and presentations for meetings, as assigned.
  • Handle client escalation issues related to Wireless Billing. Maintain availability to support customers and resolve Wireless Billing issues.
  • Maintain understanding of each Wireless Billing Associate personally. Continually emphasize to Wireless Billing Associates how the team and their position fulfill a need in the One Source mission. Monitor the professional growth and progress of each associate.

Essential Qualifications

  • Three or more years telecommunications experience specifically in the Wireless industry
  • BA/BS degree preferred
  • Microsoft Office proficiency including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proven aptitude for learning about technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced environment with a calm demeanor, maintaining a learner’s spirit and a win-win attitude
