One Source Leadership Team

John serves as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at One Source, where he oversees all IT operations and technology strategy. With a strategic vision and a passion for innovation, John leads the company’s technology initiatives, ensuring robust and scalable IT infrastructure and processes that support One Source and their customers. Before joining One Source, John built an impressive career spanning various industries, including IT leadership roles in finance, insurance, convenience store retail, manufacturing, and restaurant hospitality. His diverse experience has equipped him with a unique perspective on IT leadership and a deep understanding of how technology can drive business success across different sectors.

As CFO, Michael is responsible for all financial and administrative aspects at One Source.  Prior to joining One Source, Michael held various finance leadership positions at high-growth, tech-enabled companies specializing in business services and recurring revenue models.  He holds a BBA in Accounting from Pace University, and MBA from Fordham University, and is also a CPA.

As Executive Vice President of Sales, Eric oversees the development and execution of the company’s sales strategy including customer acquisition, expansion, and retention, as well as building a network of strategic partners, alliances, and channel sales programs. In this role, he works closely with customers, partners, and internal product management teams to identify opportunities to enhance the value that One Source offers its customers.
Eric has a passion for building and architecting high-performing sales organizations. Prior to One Source Communications, Eric served in leadership roles at high-growth SaaS companies, ChannelAdvisor (2013 IPO) and Sageworks, with a focus on scaling global sales organizations.
Eric holds degrees in Business and Economics from North Carolina State University. You will find him and his wife traveling with their two daughters or on the golf course.

Kirk Waddell has been an integral part of the One Source team since 2001. Throughout his tenure, Kirk has served One Source clients in nearly every capacity possible. His technical knowledge and expertise, make him an effective leader; providing guidance for One Source employees and clients. Kirk received his undergraduate degree from East Carolina University. He and his wife have two daughters.

Tim is a passionate technologist and experienced strategist; he is the CEO of One Source Communications and has been an advisor for several Fortune 50 companies. Prior to joining One Source, Tim was a practice area expert on Telecom, Media, and Technology at The Boston Consulting Group. He holds a BASc in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
