MEET THE
One Source Leadership Team

As CFO, Michael is responsible for all financial and administrative aspects at One Source.  Prior to joining One Source, Michael held various finance leadership positions at high-growth, tech-enabled companies specializing in business services and recurring revenue models.  He holds a BBA in Accounting from Pace University, and MBA from Fordham University, and is also a CPA.

As Executive Vice President of Sales, Eric oversees the development and execution of the company’s sales strategy including customer acquisition, expansion, and retention, as well as building a network of strategic partners, alliances, and channel sales programs. In this role, he works closely with customers, partners, and internal product management teams to identify opportunities to enhance the value that One Source offers its customers.
Eric has a passion for building and architecting high-performing sales organizations. Prior to One Source Communications, Eric served in leadership roles at high-growth SaaS companies, ChannelAdvisor (2013 IPO) and Sageworks, with a focus on scaling global sales organizations.
Eric holds degrees in Business and Economics from North Carolina State University. You will find him and his wife traveling with their two daughters or on the golf course.

Kirk Waddell has been an integral part of the One Source team since 2001. Throughout his tenure, Kirk has served One Source clients in nearly every capacity possible. His technical knowledge and expertise, make him an effective leader; providing guidance for One Source employees and clients. Kirk received his undergraduate degree from East Carolina University. He and his wife have two daughters.

Steve Cobb is One Source’s Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) bringing more than 25 years of leadership consulting surrounding IT infrastructure,  cybersecurity, incident response, and cyber threat intelligence. Since joining One Source in 2015, Steve has been responsible for providing strategic IT consulting, delivering an increased organizational efficiency and security for our customers. Prior to One Source, he was a Senior Security Engineer with Verizon Managed Security and a Senior Escalation Engineer with Microsoft. Steve serves on several CISO boards and is a frequent presenter at conferences such as InfoSecCon, Cyber Defense Summit, and others. Steve attended UNC-CH, but left early to start his own IT company, and ultimately received his degree in Business from East Carolina University. Steve and his wife have two daughters and a son.

Jason Wallace joined the One Source team in 2004. He has led several teams throughout his tenure and currently leads Operations for the company. He is a passionate leader whose focus is developing others to drive organizational success. Jason holds a BS in Business from Wake Forest University with a focus in MIS. He is married and has two children.

Jeff Clark has been part of the One Source team for fourteen years. Since 2002, Jeff’s strength of adaptability has afforded him the opportunity to serve in a variety of roles all with a common purpose; to ensure One Source employees are effectively served with the core value of Servant Leadership at the heart of every decision. Jeff’s ability to analyze decisions from the perspective of One Source’s collective group makes him an essential part of the leadership team. Jeff received his undergraduate degree from UNC-Pembroke. He and his wife have three children and enjoy their chaotic life together.

Tim is a passionate technologist and experienced strategist; he is the CEO of One Source Communications and has been an advisor for several Fortune 50 companies. Prior to joining One Source, Tim was a practice area expert on Telecom, Media, and Technology at The Boston Consulting Group. He holds a BASc in Electrical Engineering and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
